PFA衬里不锈钢取样阀采用密封连接形式设置于四氟手套箱上方，四氟手套箱体在操作方位设有可快速开关闭视窗门，后方设有氮气进出口，连接氮气气源后进行箱体内部及取样瓶内空间清扫，安装瓶体稳妥后小心按压顶部操作手柄，使物料溫和而有控制地流入取样瓶内。当获得足够的样品时，松开顶部按压操作手柄，以确定安全停止了取样过程。通过耐酸碱橡胶手套将取样瓶从阀体上安全取下，并装好取样瓶盖，可进行再次氮气空间清扫，以进—步保护操作人员，最终从四氟手套箱内取出取样瓶完成工艺取样工作。
